So as a realtor, the one of the most common questions that I get is what do I need to do to get pre-approved, to buy a home? So step one is just to reach out. Literally, that's it. Just reach out to me. Say, Hey, you know, I needed to get pre-approved. I'm going to refer you over to a lender that is going to get you pre-approved and not only get you pre-approved, they're going to match you with the best loan product that fits your situation. And so you may be like, So why am I just reached out? Why would I not just find a lender myself? Not all lenders are the same. I I am a full time real estate agent. I work seven days a week. This, this is my playground. This is what I specialize in. I love real estate and I'm here to tell you that not all real estate is the same. It's a difference between cost you thousands of dollars due to due to higher rates, higher points, difference in between you not closing on on your dream home or closing on your dream home. The difference between it's taken a month or take it two months. There are many variables that can occur with picking the wrong lender. And the literally one of the worst things you can do when you're buying a home is picking the wrong lender.
