All right, so we're in Medina, Tennessee.

This is a virtual showing.

The deck looks to be in good shape.

This is the back of the house, it's a crawl space this is the central unit, very nice central unit, very efficient.

It is a rainy day here, beautiful tree. It's just the left side of the house roof looks to be in good shape, windows are in great shape.

All right. So now we are going inside the house.

This is a gorgeous house.

So when you first walk in, we have an open concept, kitchen, living room.

Again, there's the deck that goes off the back.

Ceiling and flooring looks to be in great shape, carpets are clean, it's like we recently have had them cleaned. So this is bedroom one. My lens makes these bedrooms look smaller than they actually are. Bedroom two, This is the laundry room slash mud room going right off of the garage.

Garage.

Guest bathroom.

And the master bedroom.

And the puppy dog.

Master bathroom, we have a stand up, shower.

Double vanity sink. Whirlpool tub

We do have a broken top of the toilet, needs another top to put on.

This is a closet right off of the master bathroom.

Well, that's pretty much it, if you have any other questions, just let me know. Structurally seems to be in great shape. Cosmetically, it's in good shape.

We got a couple spots, some trim that may need to be touched up, things like that.
