Population is about one hundred thousand. We're about to peak that population. And once we hit 100000, we will probably see another growth spell as a lot of big companies have a certain demographic criteria in order to enter a new territory. And we're going to be hitting that very soon. We're seeing a large growth, a lot of people coming from the north, a lot of people coming from the eastern coast, moving in around Jackson, Tennessee. A lot of people are going to Nashville, Tennessee, really just all over Tennessee. People are really falling in love with the state, falling in love with how Tennessee handles things. I will tell you one thing I have personally figured out about Tennessee through travel. I do a lot of travel. And the people in Jackson, Tennessee, not just Jackson, Tennessee, I'm sorry, Tennessee, are a lot more friendly, a lot more interested in you. More helpful. I guess the nicer person, I don't know another way to put it. People in Tennessee are very nice. Not everybody. Not everybody. But I would say on average, there's a lot of nice people in Tennessee. I've done a lot of travel. And one of the biggest differences I have seen in Tennessee is the people are kind of getting off topic of property for sale in Jackson, Tennessee.
