How to handle a sellers Real Estate market
Hi, this is Nathan Lilly with Conner Real Estate, I just wanted to make a real quick video on how to handle a seller's market as a buyer. So if you've been looking over the past three years to buy a home, you know it is brutal out here to purchase a home. While because it's a crazy seller's market, a seller's market, the seller has the advantage. So how do you get a home under contract? How do you handle a seller's market? It is actually very straightforward. Don't come in with low offers, you know, unless your goal is as an investor role where you're putting out a lot of offers and hopefully one sticks, that's your system. Go for it. But if you're just looking for a home to live in, if you can get a property at the asking price in today's market, you're lucky. So keep your offer strong. Go in with a great purchase price. Keep your contingencies clean. Selling contingencies where you have to sell your house to buy. Really hard to get a property under contract right now. I'll keep it really clean. Your traditional inspections. Home inspection here in West Tennessee. To two inspections. That's a home inspection and a termite inspection. Those are two of the main inspections that I advise. So how have your inspections come in with a great purchase price of it? Make sure that your agent is communicating with the listing agents on what is the seller's goals. You know that sellers goal may be to move on a certain dates where you can structure your offer in a way that pleases the seller. So, you know, make sure that your agent is communicating with that listing agent. But I'll work seven days a week. I am a local realtor. My name is Nathan Lilly, and my information will be below. If you have any more questions, feel free to call me. Like I said, I work seven days a week, so reach out any time and have a wonderful day.
